'철학자가 아무리 복잡난해한 테마를 들고 나오더라도 우리는 조금도 질릴 필요가 없다.
철학자는 우리들이 흥미를 잃거나 내버려둔 여러 사실들에 계속 집착하고
잇는 것이라고 생각하면 된다. 우리는 그들로부터 전혀 새로운 것을 듣는 것이 아니라,
단지 그들에 의해 오래된 기억의 강으로 끌려가고 있는 것에 지나지 않으니까.'
